Adding Listings

Listings can be added to your site manually at any time, or imported from the MLS if you have an active MLS ID connected.

To get started, select Listings from the sidebar menu and ensure the Listings tab is selected in the top navigation.

Manual Listings are available on all plans, including free. Click Add Listing and fill in the property details and photos directly.

CSV Import Bulk-add listings by uploading a formatted CSV file.

MLS Import If you have a connected agent, you can import listings by entering MLS numbers — one per line:

Once added, your listings will appear in the Listings Manager, where you can:

• Filter and update listing statuses: Active, Pending, Sold, Cancelled, Expired, or Unknown

• Search listings by MLS number

• Add custom tags to control where listings appear across your site
