Marketing your listings
When your real estate board notifies us of a new listing, open house, price reduction or sale, we will publish it on Facebook. We receive your new listing updates through a feed that we generate via MLS® so it may take a day or so to publish your listings on Facebook.
All listing posts except for solds will be advertised to the listing's location using your monthly ad budget. Your sold listings are typically not promoted as they generate less traffic; if you would like to promote your solds as well, feel free to ask us in Live Chat and we will update your preferences for future listings.
If you're on the Accelerate package, your listings will be advertised on the Instagram platform as well.

Facebook Ads
Alongside your listing ads, we also create Facebook ads to drive traffic to your website. Your monthly budget will be allocated towards advertising your listings and any budget remaining at the end of the month will go towards ads promoting your site. If you're on the Accelerate package, your ads will be advertised on the Instagram platform as well.

Facebook Content Posts
We share light, engaging content on your Facebook Business page once per week. These articles are sourced from online real estate, home decor, and news publications.
