How do I manage leads and contacts in my Avenue account?

You'll get an email notification every time someone submits their details using one of your the lead capture tools on your website. If someone returns to your website and reaches out again, we'll still send you an email to let you know.
When you login to the app, you'll see that the contact in question has moved to the top of your contacts list.
Click on their name for more information. You can see how many times they've reached out under "Form submissions."

By clicking on the arrow beside each time and date in question, you can see more details from their submission. Use the "View Source" link to see exactly which page on your website that they submitted the form on. This is especially useful if they submitted a lead capture form on a specific listing.
