We've been hard at work adding new features that will give you more control over your Avenue account. One thing that you had asked for recently is more insights into your Avenue services and what's going on behind the scenes.

Introducing our new Notifications and Activity Log.

Activity Log

In the activity log, stay up to date with what’s been happening behind the scenes of your account. Keep track of:

  • Your launch progress

  • An ad was published to Facebook or Instagram,

  • Your newsletter has been sent,

  • Your google ads campaign has been reviewed or optimized,

  • You’ve added or removed a user,

  • You’ve updated your account settings.

This means less emailing, and more data right at your fingertips –we’ve streamlined the process to make it even easier for you to see what our team’s been doing, so you can get back to business.

One more thing: when you click on the “new lead” notification, it will take you directly to that person’s contact information so you know exactly who’s been checking out your listings and how to reach out.


Click the bell icon to view your monthly website and marketing stats, you'll be notified when:

  • Your newsletter is ready to be edited,

  • You get a new lead,

  • Your website is ready to go live.

We know how busy you can get, especially when the market is hot! So you’ll also receive an email about these key updates to ensure you never miss an important notification. Getting too many emails? Manage which notifications get sent to your inbox in your account settings tab.

At Avenue, we're constantly looking into ways we can support you & improve your services. Next, we're working on a listings manager, so that you can manage just listed, solds and inactive listings right from the Activity Log in your Avenue Account.
