Facebook Content Posts
We post a minimum of once per week. These posts are updates on what is going on in your area, real estate, design, etc. Depending on your listing activity, sometimes you will have just the single content post per week, sometimes it will be more.
Facebook Listing Posts
In addition to the weekly content posts, we will also publish your listings. When your real estate board notifies us of a new listing, open house, price reduction or sale, we will publish it on Facebook. We receive your new listing updates through a feed that we generate via MLS® so it can take up to 24 hours for us to receive it.
Your Monthly Ad Budget
Your monthly budget will be allocated toward Facebook Ads Facebook Ads include: new listings, open houses, and price reductions. Your sold listings are typically not promoted as they generate less traffic; if you would like to promote your solds as well, feel free to email us and we will update your preferences for future listings.
Your listing ads will run on Facebook. Any budget remaining at the end of the month will go towards ads promoting your site.
Custom Facebook Ads
We would be happy to work with you to create a custom facebook advertisement.
