Where do I find my billing information?

Admins can access their billing information directly in the Avenue account. You can access this under ‘Account Settings’.

What can I do?

You can use this section to:

  • Confirm your package

  • View & download your invoices

  • Update your card details

  • Explore other Avenue packages.

Who else can see this information?

Only users with the ‘admin’ access level can see & edit your billing information.

If you’re an editor or member who needs access to billing, ask your team admin to change your status under.

If you’re a team admin, and you need to change someone else’s status. You can do that by clicking on ‘Account Settings’ & scrolling down to ‘Manage users’.
