We recommend a monthly Facebook budget of $50 for Grow and Accelerate users. You can change this amount at any time by getting in touch with us.
Your monthly ad spend budget is used to promote new listings, pre-defined search ads, price reductions, and open houses. This is by default—you can also request that we promote other posts.
We can also create personalized posts sharing blog posts, market stats, or anything else you’d like to provide. In order to do this, we need the title of the content you’re providing, the text, and any images you’d like to include.
