You can add contacts by exporting them from any outside CRM software, or anywhere else you have customer data stored (eg. Top Producer, IXACT Contact, other MailChimp accounts, etc.)

Get in touch with us for your MailChimp login—then, you can log in and add contacts manually. Or else send a list of the contacts you’d like to add to help@avenuehq.com, and we’ll add them for you. Please format the list an Excel sheet or CSV file, being sure to include, for each contact:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

Mailchimp is free to use, as long as you have under 2000 subscribers. If you exceed this amount, Mailchimp will begin billing you as a monthly subscriber.
