You can add contacts by exporting them from any outside CRM software, or anywhere else you have customer data stored (eg. Top Producer, IXACT Contact, other MailChimp accounts, etc.)

You can export contacts from your Avenue App. Here is a video how to do that. Once you have the CSV, email it over to help@avenuehq.com and we can add this to your Mailchimp subscribers list! 

Please format the list an Excel sheet or CSV file, being sure to include, for each contact:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address

If you'd like to do it yourself, get in touch with us for your MailChimp login—then, you can log in and add contacts manually. 

Mailchimp is free to use, as long as you have under 2000 subscribers. If you exceed this amount, Mailchimp will begin billing you as a monthly subscriber. If you've exceeded your 2000 subscribers and don't want to pay Mailchimp additional fees, let us know and we can remove inactive subscribers from your list for you.
