At Avenue, we offer two Google Ads campaigns: a buyers' campaign and a sellers' campaign. You can choose whether you'd like to run one campaign or both. 

1. Buyers' Campaign 

Our buyers' campaign uses specific keywords to target anyone searching for properties within a defined area. We will work with you during the launch process to define the area and property types you wish to focus on. 

When anyone searches for a property that matches your criteria, we send them to a pre-defined property search on your website and collect their contact information in exchange for access to the listings on your site. 

2. Sellers' Campaign

Our sellers' campaign uses specific keywords to target anyone looking to sell their property within a defined area. 

We send all of these leads directly to your home evaluation form and collect their contact information in exchange for the opportunity to provide them with a detailed home evaluation. 

Budget

The amount of budget you provide for Google Ads can have a large impact on how many clicks your ads can receive. We recommend a minimum monthly budget of $150 per campaign because that’s the amount necessary to get qualified results.
