Reviewing Your Past Sales

Displaying your past sales on your website can be a great way to let prospects know about your history as an agent. When you sell a a listing, we get notified through your feed that the listing status has changed, but we don't get notified what the new status is. To ensure that listings show up in the Past Sales section of your website, it is important to change their status to Sold in your Avenue account.

Marking Existing Listings As Sold

You can find your past sales and other inactive listings in your account's Listings Manager tool here:

If you're new to Avenue, most of your past sales should have imported here. Next, you can quickly toggle the status of each listing to the relevant status to display them how you'd like.

Active: will display the listing on your website

Pending: will add a "Pending" banner and display the listing on your website

Sold: will move a listing to the Past Sales section of your site, and add a "Sold" banner

Cancelled: will hide the listing from your site, and keep it under Inactive Listings

Expired: will hide the listing from your site, and keep it under Inactive Listings

Unknown: the listing will remain hidden from your site and stay under Inactive Listings

It is important to regularly login and update the status of your listings so that your Past Sales section of your website stays up to date.

Importing Other Past Sales

If you past sales that haven't automatically imported into the Inactive Listings section of the Listings Manager tool, or if you want to showcase some past Buyer Sales, you may need to import them under the New Listing tool using their MLS ID here:

From here enter the MLS ID number of the listing you would like to showcase on your website. Listings must be residential listings from your board! For commercial, lease, rental or off market listings please create a custom listing.

You can add multiple listings by pressing +Add another listing underneath the MLS ID line.

After you have added all of your reciprocity MLS ID numbers press Import.

Once imported you can toggle the status of each listing to their appropriate status.

If your active residential listing does not pull through and it has been more than 24 hours on the MLS please reach out to us via live chat and let our team know!

**Please note VOW listings cannot be pulled through our system or showcased on our websites.
