⚡️ What is Zapier?

Zapier is the glue that lets you connect Avenue to hundreds of other web services. If you use other apps in your real estate business, odds are you can use Zapier to integrate your Avenue account with them. Automated connections called Zaps, set up in minutes with no coding, can automate your day-to-day tasks and build workflows between apps that otherwise wouldn't be possible.

Each Zap works in a single direction, with one app as the trigger (where your information comes from), which causes one or more actions in other apps. Zaps automate repetitive tasks in the background, so you can focus on more important work.

The first trigger we’ve created for this new Zapier integration is new leads coming in to your Avenue account.

How it can be used with Avenue:

• Get SMS messages when you have a new lead

• Send (customizable) follow-up emails to new leads

⚡️ Web Service: Facebook Messenger

How it can be used with Avenue:

• Create a new lead in your Avenue account when a new message is received in Facebook Messenger

⚡️ Third Party CRMs

If you use a separate real estate CRM to follow up with your leads - such as IXACT Contact, Follow Up Boss, Real Geeks, etc - you can use Zapier to automatically create contacts in your CRM from new leads in your Avenue account.
