What limitations are there with my website?

Semi-custom limitations

Our websites are semi-custom, built on our own proprietary version of Wordpress that seamlessly integrates all of your Avenue services with the MLS. This requires a lot of custom software and coding, so your website isn't compatible with standard Wordpress plugins. While we don't support third-party plugins, let us know if you have an idea and we're happy to explore it with you to see if it is possible.

Subpage limitations

In many cases, your homepage is the first time a user will interact with your business. We want this page to be as stunning as possible and to represent exactly who you are and all you're capable of as a real estate professional.

Our homepages are highly customized with widgets, effects, and lots of unique code. The subpages are a bit less flashy, as they're built with a standard subpage editor.

The subpages are designed to house important information – listing details, your story, useful resources, information about your team – so they don't require the same level of flair.
