How to Accept Our Facebook Admin Request

Facebook has multiple types of Business Pages. Depending on which business page you have you may have to follow one of the following 3 options to accept our Facebook admin request.

First, you'll need to sign into your Facebook Business page

  • **This can only be done on your desktop version (not mobile)

Option 1:

Step 1: Go to 'my pages' or click the icon in the top right corner with your profile picture on it. On the drop-down select your business page.

Step 2: Click Settings on the left-hand side


Step 3: Select Page setup and then view under Page Access


Step 4: Pending Partner Requests

Step 5: Continue

Step 6: Accept the request

Step 7: Enter your password

Option 2:

The owner of the page may have received an email from Facebook, prompting to accept an admin request from Avenue. Accepting through here should grant us access.

Option 3:

If Option 1 was not available to you and you did not receive an email please follow these steps:

Step 1: Make sure you are logged into Facebook.

Step 2: Go to this URL (https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_users). Under “Requests” in the left sidebar, look for a request from AvenueHQ. If you see it, please accept it! If you do not see the request, continue to the next step.

Step 3: Navigate to the left sidebar and click “Business Settings”

Step 4: Click "Requests" on the left sidebar.

Step 5: Click on the "Received" tab. Here you should see AvenueHQ's request.

Step 6: Click "Approve".

After approving the request, please let us know! We will then be able to move forward with setting up your Facebook services.

Note: Only the creator or admin of your business page will be able to accept this request. If someone else has created your page for you, please contact them to

a) accept the request OR

b) add you as an admin to the account.

Can't find our admin request?

Facebook only allows a business page to be connected to one business account/ads manager. If you've been running your own ads on Facebook, you are likely already connected to your own ads manager and will not receive our admin request.

To connect to Avenue's ads manager, you'll have to remove your page from your current ads manager:

To remove a Page from a Business Account in Business Manager:

  1. Go to Business settings

  2. Click Accounts, then click Pages.

  3. Select the Page you'd like to remove and click Remove.


Don't worry, you can always reconnect to your own ads manager in the future!
