Can you use a copyrighted asset (photo/graphic/logo) on my website?

Last updated: December 18, 2025

If you’re providing us with assets to use on your website, we first need to confirm that you legally own them, and have the right to use them. Any resource we use in your online materials must follow these legal requirements, so as to avoid infringing upon copyright laws.

If you’ve purchased an asset, or found it in a copyright-free resource library—great! We’re good to go.

However, if you’ve found them elsewhere—using a Google or YouTube search, for instance—they may not be legal to use. If you’d like, we can help you decipher copyright permissions, and determine what you need to do to use them legally.

Finally, if you’re unsure where an asset came from, it’s probably best not to use it.

Here are some copyright-free libraries we have access to. Feel free to choose from the assets there:

Once you’ve found assets you like, just copy and paste the URLs and send them our way in Live Chat.
