Newsletter Stats in the Avenue Platform

You can access your Newsletter Stats directly in your Avenue platform! This helps you see the performance of your Newsletter, the impact it is having.
Navigating to the Newsletter Stats Page
From the homepage in your Avenue account, click on 'Newsletter stats' on the left side menu.
Then, select the month you'd like to view!
Note: Once your first newsletter is sent, you’ll see your newsletter performance for that month.
Understanding Newsletter Stats
Once you've selected the month you'd like to view, you'll see 3 statistics displayed.
Subscribers: Total count of your total number of newsletter subscribers in the selected month.
Open rate: The percentage of people who have read your newsletter from the selected month.
Click rate: The percentage of people who have clicked a link in your newsletter from the selected month.
You can toggle through these 3 statistics to compare the statistics by month on the graph below.
