What is a predefined search?

Our predefined searches create a preview of listings that match a set of criteria that we've set up together. We can customize the price limits, property types, and area filters for this section. In your newsletter, this search will show the number of homes that match the criteria, their average price, and three listings matching listings. Below is an example of a predefined search in the newsletter and one of the three listings.

On your website

Readers can click through to view more listings and they will be directed to your website.

On the map search page, they can further filter their search by community, price, features, etc. 

Opportunity to utilize the Saved Search feature

Readers can subscribe to the specific searches they have entered.

After they submit their info, it’s automatically forwarded to your inbox and stored in your Avenue Contacts. That way, you can track them as a lead, and follow up with them as you see fit.
