Why can't I continue to use the email service from my web host?

Once your Avenue services go live, the current email service that you have with your mail host may stop working. This could be happening because:

• Your current web host isn’t able to provide email service exclusively. Once the name servers are pointed to Avenue, and away from theirs, they cut off your service. 

• You use an email forwarding service that we can’t host. In this case, you can setup a Gsuite (Google mail) account here
