How to: Use 'Loom' to create interactive open house videos

Loom is a free software that allows you to create video content with your headshot at the bottom. It allows you to share your screen, and offer a narration on what's in front of you. It's a perfect tool for setting up short videos that showcase your listings and act as a Virtual Open House.

You can download a Chrome extension, or a desktop app, and then use either to start recording. When you're ready to record, then use the menu bar pictured below to select whether you want to share your whole screen, or just a window.

Once it's recorded, you can share the link to the video directly from Loom, and edit the settings so that anyone with the link can access it! If you want to preserve any privacy, you can even add a password!
