Lead Capture Settings

You can now change your lead capture settings directly in your Avenue platform. Login, then navigate to the drop-down menu with your name on the top right side of the homepage.

Click into Account Settings, then scroll down and select 'Leads'.

In the Lead Capture Settings, you can now decide whether to require leads to enter their phone number. You can also change the avatar and wording of your lead capture bubble, and change the settings for the home evaluation and home finder forms. Importantly, you can also change your lead capture tools to be forced, dismissible, or off. Read more about the difference between dismissible and forced lead capture in this article. You can also adjust the length of time before the lead capture form pops up. Here's how to change the settings:
Forced: Toggle the top right switch on to enable the pop-up lead capture. Then, make sure the bottom left box is not checked off.

Dismissible: Toggle the top right switch on to enable the pop-up lead capture. Then, make sure the bottom left box is checked off.

Turning Pop-up Lead Capture Off: Although we recommend having the pop up lead capture enabled in some capacity, if you wish to turn it off all together simply toggle the top right switch off.
