Welcome to the Testimonials Manager tool! You can now add, import, export, and request testimonials from clients directly in your platform.

How to Add a Testimonial


Steps:
1. Click into your the Testimonials Manager on the left side menu of the platform.

2. Click on New Testimonial on the right hand side of the Testimonials Manager tool.


3. Add the details of your testimonial.

If you have testimonials enabled on your homepage, you can decide whether you want them displayed by toggling the Publish to Homepage button.

You can set the testimonial as a draft, or publish it right away.
​
4. Be sure to hit Save
​
​Voila! Your new testimonial is on your site.



How to Bulk Import Testimonials

Steps:
1. Click into your the Testimonials Manager on the left side menu of the platform.
2. Toggle the Import/Export dropdown menu, then click on Import.
3. Download the CSV template provided.

4. You can edit this file in Microsoft Excel or in Google Sheets. Add any information you'd like to include. A first name and the testimonial itself are required as marked by the asterix.

5. Download the completed CSV file from your program, then upload it to the Testimonials Manager.

Your testimonials will now be on your site! You can make edits to them directly in the platform by clicking back into them. You can also decide which testimonials you want displayed, and whether you want to feature them on your homepage.

Exporting Your Testimonials

To download the testimonials in your Avenue account, toggle the Import/Export dropdown menu and select Export. This will download a CSV file of your testimonials.

Requesting a Testimonial

You can request testimonials from your clients using the Testimonials Manager tool.

Click into Request Testimonial, then fill out the contact information of the client you're reaching out to. You can choose between a buyer's template and a seller's template, or edit the default message that populates in the tool if you'd like.
