Why don't you showcase the sold price?

For legal and privacy reasons, the majority of Canadian real estate boards don’t provide sale information. In that case, we showcase the list price of the property. 

If you are part of a board that allows the showcasing of sale pricing, please let team know you would like sold information published. We may ask you for additional information.
