How does billing work?

Your subscription services begins the day you sign up with us, as this is when we start building your services.

We'll start designing your website and then—depending on what package you have— set up your social media services and newsletter. The time it takes to setup your services depends on how quickly you fill out your launch form, but on average it takes about 30 days.

If you are on a monthly cycle, you will be billed on the same date each month. If you are on a yearly cycle, you will be billed on the same date each year.

You can view and edit your billing information at any time under 'Settings' in the Avenue Account.

If you ever want to change your package or cancel your subscription, just let us know! We just require 30 days notice from your billing date.
