How do saved searches work?
Last updated: December 18, 2025
Saved search is a great tool to help users keep an eye out for what they’re looking for, while you capture them as a lead. This is a great way to capture interested, qualified leads and help them in their buying journey.
On any property map, the user selects the criteria they are searching for in a home (eg. 2 bedrooms, detached house, etc). Then they search by clicking the magnifying glass icon on the right. This will show them all the available listings under the specified criteria.
A “Save Search” button will then pop up on the right hand side.
Clicking the button will then generate a pop up asking the user to input their information.
This function lets your leads receive regular updates about the type of property they are searching for. When there is a new listing available with the same criteria, they will get an email.
You will also get an email saying that this client is interested in this type of property, plus their contact information for you to follow up with.
